Where This Began
The One Earth Global Fund didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a belief, that the most transformative ideas on the planet are going unfunded.
Too visionary for traditional philanthropy. Too mission-led for venture capital. The changemakers reshaping industry, restoring ecology, and rebuilding communities from the inside out were falling through the gap.
So we built the bridge.
Three founding forces, Linzi Boyd, Mary Mino, and Uma Terra Foundation came together to create a Donor-Advised Fund structured to channel values-aligned capital exactly where it's needed. Into regenerative enterprise. Into education and cultural renewal. Into the people and projects building a world that works for everyone.

Linzi Boyd
Founder & Visionary
Linzi Boyd left school at fifteen. By 24, she had built and sold two businesses, the second a globally distributed footwear brand, sold to Caterpillar.
What came next was a complete reinvention. Linzi stepped away from consumer brands and into something far bigger: the architecture of a new world.
She is the founder of One Earth Global, a purpose-led platform uniting individuals, businesses, and communities into regenerative systems. She is a global speaker, bestselling author of Brand Famous, and the originator of the Purpose Economy, a framework in which commerce and consciousness are no longer in conflict, but in service of each other.

In partnership with One Earth Global, I support the development of a purpose economy, aligning leadership, innovation, and investment to drive systems-level change, brought to life through global convenings like the Unite On Purpose™ Global Summit. As the Fund's host entity, administered by Legacy Global, stewards of over $1 billion in charitable assets, Uma Terra ensures every contribution is structured, compliant, and fully tax-deductible. Their governance framework means donors can give with confidence, knowing their capital is channelled with integrity and aligned to IRS charitable guidelines.
